Central heating, cable channels, and a small fridge in clean rooms were awesome.

This place is situated right in the heart of the historic city center, with incredibly helpful staff, and I really liked the comfortable bed in the room.

The apartment was in the best location possible in the center of the city. The accommodations were excellent. The owner met us as scheduled to show us the apartment and give us the keys.
The set up with two doors and two locks was strange and at times difficult to navigate.

We absolutely loved the location of this accommodation. It was just 30 seconds away from the main street Stradun . This made it an ideal location to start sightseeing and also to go to the many bars and cafes. The room itself was lovely and overlooked a narrow street which was charming. We were not troubled by excessive noise but I guess this may have been because of the time of year. Ivana (the owner/manager?) was very helpful and pleasant.

The apartment at Olea was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all our belongings. The location was central and convenient, with everything we needed just around the corner. The air conditioning and internet worked flawlessly, and the staff were helpful. Despite a few small issues, I would recommend this place to others. a positive experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms have everything you need. Everything is wonderful.
A bit noisy. But in the city, a situation the rule on the ground floors of restaurants and citizens wake up very early.

Well located for sightseeing in the historic town of Dubrovnik. The room was located in a historic building, but was modern, clean, and comfortable. We had no problem with noise in mid-September, but there is an outside restaurant below the window.
This is not a hotel, but a room within a flat with other vacation rental rooms. There is no "front desk" and arrangements to check in must be made with a manager. There is no room service-- you make your own bed and reuse your towels. This is fine for 3 nights, but I don't know what arrangements are made for longer stays.

The room is of a high spec and the best thing is the location. Right in the centre of Dubrovnik 30 seconds walk from the main square. It was very hot whilst we were there and the air conditioning was lovely and quiet!
Staying right in the middle of the town means that there is some noise during the night and early hours. Not loud music or anything, just the normal hub hub of being in a town.

Treasure Chest is just a couple of apartments right in the centre of the old town, with no further facilities. The location is superb, the apartments are large and immaculately clean with excellent bathrooms, and the owner (Ivana, who is American) delightful.
The sound proofing is good, but not perfect; be warned if you like early nights, Dubrovnik old town is humming until about 1am (usually), and the apartments are in the midst of it. Personally, we loved it. You can only pay in cash (kuna or euros), which is inconvenient.

The accommodation was very clean and modern in an ideal location exactly where we wanted to be. We took a taxi to the location and were met by the representative who escorted us to our accommodation. She was also readily available by telephone if we needed anything. I would definately stay there again.

We loved how close this hotel was to everything. It made exploring the area so convenient and saved us a lot of time. The service here was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofing was great, making it nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. we had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend it to others.
This hotel is perfect for families. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location inside the walls of the old town. The room was a decent size and very clean.
It is a very loud location!!! Be prepared! Because of the great location, there is a price to pay. At night, the restaurants and bars are located below the windows of the hotel. Starting at 5:45 am, the cleaners were busy collecting the garbage and bottles from the previous night. They seemed to come by a few times and collect big containers of bottles...maybe 5 or 6 times every 10 to 15 minutes or so.
